Marci Phillips and Wanda Wilson of PM Realty have represented Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors Houston Portfolio, the owners of Cornerstone Towers, the five-story, 71,812-sf office building at 3707 FM 1960 W. between Walter Road and Falling Creek Drive. The tenant, a technology and optical network infrastructure business, has been represented by Henry Santamaria of Grubb & Ellis Co.

The new space will serve as AIM's new corporate headquarters. The 20-year-old company previously had housed at 10805 Seaboard in Houston. AIM's capabilities include fiber-optic, long-haul, local-feeder loop; fiber to client (last mile) design; methods and procedures; OSP planning and design; web-hosted, geo-referenced asset managementservices; and dimensionalized asset mapping.

Cornerstone Towers is one of 50 properties now being exclusively managed by PM Realty for Koll Bren Schreiber. Koll Bren owns an aggregate 5.2 million sf in Houston.
