JBG Rosenfeld Finalizes Sixth Gold Lease

SOUTH ARLINGTON, VA-JBG Rosenfeld Retail Properties of Bethesda, MD has finalized six local lease deals for Gold’s Gym, which is trying to expand its presence in the Washington metropolitan area, according to company officials. The most recent deal is a 28,000-sf former bowling alley in the Shirley Park Shopping Center on Glebe Road. The bowling alley operated for 40 years as Nike Rinaldi’s.

JBG Rosenfeld Retail Properties, a local, privately owned retail real estate company, is Gold’s Gym tenant representative for this region. “Gold’s Gym is currently in a strategic expansion mode in this metro area, and we are delighted the company chose us to help it enhance its presence,” says JBGR president James Garibaldi.
