STAMFORD, CT-Three relatively new building owners in the Westchester-Fairfleld County market will be the featured guests at the April 25 meeting of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (New York City, Fairfield and Westchester County Chapter). It will be held at the University of Connecticut Stamford campus.

Anthony F. Malkin, president of W&M Properties, will moderate the session, which will begin at 8 a.m. On the panel will be Joseph Cocci III, president of Mountain Acquisition Corp.; Scott Lawlor, managing partner of Broadway Partners; and Russell F. Warren Jr., co-founder and chief executive officer of Ivy Equities LLC.
