Old, New Tenants Ink Deals at Northwest One

HOUSTON-Northwest Office Building has renewed one tenant and signed a new one in recent transactions. Coming on board is Ornate Inc., a high-speed exchange service for commercial, e-commerce and residential properties.

HOUSTON-Northwest One Office Building, located at 13100 NW. Freeway, has nabbed one new tenant and a lease renewal for a combined 6,479 sf.

Ornate Inc. will take 1,776 sf of the office space, while Cobourn, Linseisen & Ratcliff, an architectural firm, is renewing its 4,703-sf spot. The six-story, 19-year-old northwest office building has 126,015 sf and leases for about $18.50 per sf. Floor plates run from 550 sf to 10,000 sf. The building is located at the westbound feeder of Texas 290. Northwest One LP is the property owner.
