A licensee of O'Neill Sportwear, La Jolla Sport is relocating from within Irvine to the new facility, located at 17 Pasteur, in May 2001. The facility will house the company's corporate headquarters and distribution operation.

Gary Allen SVP with Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach office represented the seller, and Christene Bowen of Lee & Associates' Irvine office represented the buyer in the transaction.
