Other tenants in the four-story office building include Adaptec, with slightly more than 20,000 sf; CHR Solutions, with 10,000 sf; and Bombardier Capital with 10,000 sf.

United Properties was hired in early 1999 to reposition, lease and manage Wedgwood Commerce Centre I after Norstan Communications vacated the property. All of the re-leasing activity occurred over the past eight months, according to Tom Stella, senior associate and lead broker on the project for United Properties.

Built in 1987, Wedgwood Commerce Centre I is located near the interchange of Interstate 494 and Bass Lake Road. Wedgwood Commerce Centre I is owned by a major pension fund that is advised by Chicago-based Capri/Capital Advisors LLC.
