166,000 SF Taken at Lackman Business Park

LENEXA, KS-The one-year-old business park is nearly 75% leased after home-storage supplies retailer Organized Living leases a 166,000 sf building, becoming the largest tenant in Northwestern Mutual Life's property.

LENEXA, KS-Organized Living has leased a 166,000 sf building in the Lackman Business Park, making it the largest tenant in the center at 101st Terrace and Lackman Road. The one-year-old Lackman Business Park, near the interchange of Interstates 435 and 35, consists of four large warehouses built on a speculative basis, which are now nearly 75% occupied.

Other tenants include International Marble & Granite, Lagasse Brothers and United Rotary Brush.
