The facility, located at 955 Columbia St., is 100% occupied by the current tenant, Gerard Roofing, which recently renegotiated an extension of its lease for another 10 years. The acquisition of the facility by Bonin was facilitated through a 1031 tax-deferred exchange, in which the group sold a property and purchased this facility. The group plans to hold the asset in its portfolio.
