The facility, located at 955 Columbia St., is 100% occupied by the current tenant, Gerard Roofing. The roofer recently renegotiated an extension of its lease for another 10 years.
The acquisition of the facility by Bonin was facilitated through a 1031 tax deferred exchange in which the group sold a property and purchased this facility. The group plans to hold the asset in its portfolio.
Chuck Wilson of Colliers Seeley International's Anaheim office represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller was represented by Louis Tomaselli of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office.
