The city is located in western Hennepin County and surrounded by Medina. It anticipates adding 33 households and 75 jobs by 2020. As a fully developed community with a population of 600, the city's plan focuses on maintaining and enhancing the quality of existing housing to accommodate future growth.
"We support the city's decision to focus on preservation and renovation," says District 1 council member Saundra Spigner.
