The Fort Mill, SC-based manufacturer of sheets, towels, comforters and other home accessories already occupies the new space located at 1420 Manhattan Ave., which is next door to its existing 135,571-sf facility. The new facility houses the company's warehousing operation.
Jeff Read, Bob Crenshaw and Lance Parker of Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office represented the tenant, while Rick Ellison and Jeff Chiate of Cushman & Wakefield's Irvine office represented the owner.
