Greystar Corp. and Power Industry Consultants have signed deals for 11,995 sf of class-A office space. Greystar is leasing 9,665 sf from BMS Management, owner of Millennium Towers. Steve Rocher and Lucian Bukowski of Grubb & Ellis Co. have represented Greystar, while David W. Price with GVA Strategies has acted on behalf of BMS Management.

Power Industry Consultants is taking 2,330 sf of sublease office space from Kay Thompson in Millennium Towers. Bukowski also has represented Power Industry Consultants, while Rocher has negotiated the deal for Thompson.

The 365,955-sf Millennium Towers is a 21-story office building, owned by BMS Management. Built in 1982, the structure's floor plates range between 2,400 sf and 19,000 sf, with rents averaging $23 per sf. It is located at the corner of the Sam Houston Beltway and Richmond Avenue. The glass tower presently is undergoing major renovations, which had kicked off in fourth quarter 2000.
