Thomas Weinstock and Robert Gold of Grubb & Ellis Company represented the owner, Wilton Shopping Center Limited Partnership. Barbara Segalini-Stilley of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in the five-year lease transaction that had an aggregate value of approximately $410,000, according to Grubb & Ellis officials.

Grubb & Ellis' Weinstock comments that the deal is another indication of the strength of the commercial real estate available in the Wilton area. "The office market in Wilton has grown dramatically over the last several years as companies have found Wilton to be a highly desirable location for employee recruitment and retention. As a result, vacancy rates have dropped to near all time lows," he says.
