Entrac/ICORE leased 48,600 sf of industrial space in Santa Rosa. The move consolidates the company offices following a merger. The lease is valued at $1.7 million. Orion's Peter O'Brien and Preston Smith represented the tenant and the lessor. The company will move into the space in May.

MetroPhotonics will occupy in June a 9,164-sf office in Santa Rosa. The company moved to larger quarters in anticipation of a staff and operations expansion. The lease is valued at $510,197. O'Brien and Barry Palma represented the landlord and the tenant.

New Generation Media moved into 5,626 sf of leased office space in Santa Rosa in Mark. Palma represented the tenant and Orion's Denis Piehn represented the landlord in the $550,224 lease. Two dentists have also leased space in the area. One will occupy 1,500 sf of leased retail space in Petaluma come June. The other will be in 1,225 sf of office space in Santa Rosa in May.

Finally, after 12 years in Mill Valley, San Rafael and Sausalito, Top Productions LLC decided to move on to the East Bay. The tent and stage rental company has leased 23,950 sf of warehouse space in the Point Richmond Tech Center. The 35-employee company plans to leave Sausalito on May 1. Roger Smith and Jerry Suyderhoud, both of Orion represented the tenant and the landlord respectively in the $567,186 lease.
