Beginning in early June, listings from another site, boston.com, scheduled to launch in June, will include listings from the Boston Globe, a newspaper owned by the Times.

Property owners can post information about the space they have available for lease on Cityfeet.com including photographs, floor plans and the asking price. When prospective tenants input their requirements they receive a list of appropriate properties. Owners pay a monthly fee; visitors can browse without charge. Once the two parties have contacted each other in cyberspace, they negotiate between themselves; CityFeet.com does not act as a broker.

"By partnering with New York Times Digital . . . we have created a powerful online local marketing channel for commercial real estate," says Guy Shanon, CEO of Cityfeet.com. Ken Green, director of sales for the NYT site, notes that, "the partnership leverages the strength of NYTimes.com reach with the power of an innovative listing site.

In addition to New York City, Cityfeet.com serves the needs of small businesses in Atlanta, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
