"Our rapid growth has made expansion a necessity, and we are pleased that Louis Dreyfus has made additional resources and space available to accommodate our requirements," says Marc Ruskin, chief financial officer of Cognet. "Remaining at Sutton Park allows us to maintain a consistent presence with our customers, partners and vendors."Sutton Park North is the first of three buildings approved for Sutton Park, a 400,000-sf office complex. Louis Dreyfus Property Group recently announced plans for Sutton Park South, a new 75,000-square-foot building with offices ranging in size from 2,000 sf to 75,000 sf.
