The condos, located inside the old National Linen Service Building were built for a hard construction cost of $11 million.

Located at 400 Village Parkway, the units have 27 different floor plans from 650 sf to 1,739 sf, with prices starting at $200,000. Freedom Lofts are an addition to the company's $16 million, 245-unit apartment community, the Village at Freedom Parkway that offer rented one and two bedroom homes from $750 to $1000 a month.

Freedom Lofts are a joint development effort of Realty Development Corp. and Realty Construction Corp. They were designed by Smith, Dalia Architects. The condos and their neighboring 185-unit Freedom Apartments make up The Village at Freedom Parkway property.
