"It is not part of our plan to reduce costs. We are making the absolute best use of the space available to us," she tells GlobeSt.com. "We are making some changes. We find that our development community and recruitment activity is in the 495 area and we want to accommodate that. We need to expand and recruit talent."
Greenough also emphasizes that Lotus will maintain a presence in Cambridge but she is vague about what the company's exact plans are for the area. Lotus currently owns two buildings in Cambridge and leases a third. "Over the next year we will be making changes there," was all Greenough would say about the company's Cambridge sites.
