In the first transaction, Frank Mejia of Lee & Associates-Orange Inc. represented Samson Motorcycle Products in the purchase of a 63,000 sf industrial building from Sherwin Williams Paint Co. for $4.3 million. Samson, which manufactures exhaust systems for Harley Davidson motorcycles, has occupied the building located at 3818 E. Coronado in Anaheim for the past year. Rob Socci and Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office represented the seller.

In the second transaction, Christine Bowen and John Matus, principal brokers with Lee & Associates' Irvine Spectrum office, represented both parties in the sale of a 25,745-sf industrial building for approximately $3 million. Located at 1 Oldfield in the Irvine Spectrum area, the building was sold by Western States Technologies Inc. to Alton-Morgan Ltd., a private investment group. Surface Mount Distribution Inc., an electronic parts and equipment wholesaler, has occupied the building for the past seven months as a tenant.
