The Bloomfield Hills location will initially house 51 attorneys, with expansion capacity to accommodate up to 70 attorneys.

"Our expansion of the Oakland County and Lansing offices is being made at this time as we position the firm to offer more value and easier access for our clients," says Richard E. Rassel, chairman of Butzel Long. "The Detroit headquarters office also has been re-designed to hold additional staff as we continue to grow the firm and maximize underutilized space."

Butzel Long will be the first anchor tenant in the building and will occupy the second floor. The law firm will increase its office space to 47,500-sf and will occupy nearly25% of the building. The refurbished Butzel Long space had previously been occupied by InterOne Marketing Group, which moved to a new office building in Troy, MI.

Butzel Long also has moved its Lansing area offices from suburban Okemos to downtown Lansing, MI.

The firm's clients come from many business sectors, including automotive, manufacturing, banking and financial services, retail and wholesale distribution, insurance, professional services, health care, advertising, medical publishing, technology and computers, marine, transportation, construction, utilities and real estate.
