Credit Union Purchases Buildings for $3.2 Mil Plus

SAN DIEGO-Mission Federal Credit Union, which serves the area's educational community, has purchased two buildings for $3.22 million.

The seller in the transaction was McMillin Commercial.

Ted Cuthbert and Gary Williams of CB Richard Ellis' San Diego Central office represented the seller in the transaction. Brian Driscoll of Colliers International represented the buyer, Mission Federal Credit Union.
