At Burns & McDonnell, Deborah Ballard is responsible for business development in the firm's waste consultants division after serving as group manager of remediation services. Raymond Kowalik is responsible for complete project management, including engineering, procurement, construction management, contract administration and scheduling and coordination. J. David Langford now aviation services group manager for the waste consultants division, is responsible for environmental projects in the aviation industry. Randy Pope will be responsible for developing strategies to provide design services to industrial and aviation clients.
At Junk Architects PC, Rick Findley was hired as a senior associate, Mark Knowlden as an architect and Jason Ayers as a graduate architect. Amelia Devolder and Whitney Walker Foxx were named interior designers.
