Investment Group Pays $18.5 Mil for Office Building

COSTA MESA, CA-Hudson Properties will renovate the 143,000-sf office property and then lease it.

Located at 1901 Newport Ave., the building was vacant at the time of sale. The new owner plans to renovate the new asset and then lease it out.

Ed Palmer of Grubb & Ellis' downtown Los Angeles office represented the buyer. Chris Deason of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Irvine office represented the seller in the transaction.
