"This is a class A facility being offered at a Class B price," says Cushman & Wakefield Jodie Dostal, who says that asking rates start at about $18.75 per sf. C&W is the exclusive leasing agent for the property. "The space is ideal for financial services or high-tech firms, and we are also targeting back-office users from Stamford all the way up to New Haven," Dostal adds. In addition to Dostal, Kevin Foley and Meredith Siburn of C&W will be working on the assignment.
