STAMFORD-Park City Plaza, an 180,000-sf building here, is currently undergoing more than $3 million in interior and exterior renovations as well as additional landscaping designed to transform it into a class A property. Work is scheduled to be completed by year’s end. The 80,000 sf of available space in the building represents the largest contiguous block of office space in the Bridgeport market. The available space includes the entire top floor of the 18-story building, which has 16,500 sf of space.

“This is a class A facility being offered at a Class B price,” says Cushman & Wakefield Jodie Dostal, who says that asking rates start at about $18.75 per sf. C&W is the exclusive leasing agent for the property. “The space is ideal for financial services or high-tech firms, and we are also targeting back-office users from Stamford all the way up to New Haven,” Dostal adds. In addition to Dostal, Kevin Foley and Meredith Siburn of C&W will be working on the assignment.
