Earlier, Neenan had developed a $30-million, 280,000-sf four-building complex on 24 acres. Ford Motor Credit Co. is a major tenant in the first phase.

Neenan has bought the land from the Colorado Springs-based Schuck Corp., developer of the 400-acre business park. Tenants in the park include Lockheed Martin, 3M Corp., Mitsui and Pikes Peak Community College. "Neenan's collaboration and contributions to InterQuest have been outstanding in terms of the quality and type of business campus they have built," says Bill Schuck, president of the Schuck Corp.

Jarrod Daddis of the Neenan Co. says "there is still a high need in the Colorado Springs area" although metro Denver "might be experiencing a lesser demand for office space."
