The property is owned by Charlesbank Capital Partners, LLC, a private investment firm with offices in Boston and New York. Charlesbank Capital Partners has more than $2 billion of capital committed to the acquisition and expansion of real estate assets.

Colliers Turley Martin Tucker announced the company will move its corporate headquarters to Pierre Laclede Center in July of next year. The company will occupy 22,000 sf of office space. The new headquarters, coupled with the company's Partner Program offices at 77 West Port Plaza, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker will occupy more than 50,000 sf of office space in the St. Louis market.

"We chose Pierre Laclede Center, a landmark project in Clayton, for our new corporate headquarters because no other Clayton property offered the wide array of business amenities, including the health facility, luncheon club, banking, conference center, onsite parking - all within the complex," said Lawrence A. Reed and Dean Mueller, the Colliers Turley Martin Tucker principals who negotiated the deal, in a statement. "From an employee recruiting and retention standpoint, and for visiting clients, Pierre Laclede Center was a clear choice."

In the past three years, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker has tripled in size, growing from 200 to more than 600 employees. The company has more than 250 licensed professionals working in the commercial real estate industry.

"We chose Colliers Turley Martin Tucker for three reasons," says Mary Lou Boutwell, managing director of Charlesbank Capital Partners. "First, they are the dominant players in the Midwest with experience managing over 37 million sf, they have clearly shown the ability to create value in real estate. Second, their access to CEOs and commitment to research convinced us that they would represent our investors' long term goals. Most importantly, we believe that CTMT's corporate relocation to the property will reinforce to the St. Louis marketplace the unmatched amenities and location of Pierre Laclede Center and why it truly is St. Louis' premier business address."

Other notable management projects that Colliers Turley Martin Tucker currently oversees include the 580 Building in Cincinnati. The 580 Building is a 516,622-sf Class A structure owned by Heitman Capital Management Corporation. Colliers Turley Martin Tucker also manages the 1.5-million sf Class A Firstar Plaza in downtown St. Louis; the West Port Plaza, a 1-million-sf mixed use development in Maryland Heights, MO; and the AUL Tower, a 691,769-sf class A office building in Indianapolis.
