REON wires the properties with T1 private line Internet access, as well as other telecommunications services, at no cost to the property owner. REON officials say its broadband network is "the fourth utility providing owners and tenats with a single point-of-contact for their data and technology needs."

"REON delivered a unique in-building broadband solution to our properties and tenants and we are extremely pleased," says Meghan Rawson, property manager at Granoff Associates in Providence, RI. "We were most impressed with REON's system engineers who had the broadband networks installed and up-and-running in only a couple of days."

REON is currently working with more than 74 property owners and management firms, representing more than 450 properties in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Maine. It currently has 65 commercial properties wired and more than 125 under agreement.
