REON Broadband to Light 500,000 SF in Rhode Island

MARLBORO, MA-REON Broadband Corp., based here, has reached an agreement with 10 commercial properties, including 170 tenants, throughout the state of Rhode Island, to bring T1 private line Internet access to these properties.

MARLBORO, MA-REON Broadband Corp., based here, through its Building Local Exchange Carrier program, has reached out to commercial property owners throughout the state of Rhode Island, reaching a definite agreement with 10 different properties. REON will light 170 tenants, or 500,000 sf, in these properties.

REON wires the properties with T1 private line Internet access, as well as other telecommunications services, at no cost to the property owner. REON officials say its broadband network is “the fourth utility providing owners and tenats with a single point-of-contact for their data and technology needs.”
