In the first transaction, David Desper, SVP of CB Richard Ellis, worked in cooperation with Lin Stinson of Providence Realty Group based in Laguna Niguel, in the leasing of 39,670 sf of space located at 23330 and 23340 Moulton Pkwy. in Laguna Hills to the County of Orange. Total consideration for the 10-year lease is $11.6 million.
Desper and Stinson represented the property owner while the county represented itself in the transaction.
In the second deal, Chip Wright of CB Richard Ellis represented the owner in the leasing of 61,731 sf of space to Qualtech Backplane Inc. for an eight-year term, in a transaction valued at more than $3.9 million. LAPCO Industrial Parks owns the property located at 3232 Fairview Ave. in Santa Ana. The tenant specializes in turnkey solutions for custom pressfit backplanes, chassis assemblies and enclosures. The company is capable of everything from quick turn prototypes to full production.
