The subterranean facility, just north of the river, has 50 tenants. The new space will be a warm shellhouse warehouse that includes three buildings - a 67,800-sf facility that will be available this month, a 181,000-sf building that will open in June and a 220,000-sf facility that will be finished by late summer. The base rate for the buildings is $2.75 per sf.
