Before joining Basin Street, White worked with Orion Partners Ltd as a leasing and investment property specialist. He was a top producer in the North Bay commercial market, and has extensive background in management, retail and corporate sales.
White will assist Scott Stranzl, the newly appointed vice president of leasing. Stranzl says White will play an integral role in handling the occupancy needs of Basin Street's clients.
One of the largest developer and managers of commercial and mixed-use projects in Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties, Basin Street has several projects on tap for the three-county region including plans to add multifamily and hotel development to its portfolio by the end of the year. Basin Street has more than 1.8 million sf of commercial office and mixed-use space in its portfolio.
