Houston Community College System owns ComTech Center. Trione & Gordon ONCOR International has represented the college. Trey Stake and Chris Oliver of Cushman Realty have acted on Dow Corning's behalf.

The ComTech Center building, built in 1965, is commanding rates of $18.50 per sf. The college still occupies the first through fourth floors and two upper floors in the 531,00-sf building. The structure currently is undergoing a $44-million renovation to include new parking, updated lobby and restroom. Last year, the community college had purchased ComTech Center from the McShane Corp.

In an unrelated office lease, Trione & Gordon ONCOR International has facilitated a 28,511-sf pact on behalf of HHS Texas Management LP, at Loop Central One at 4888 Loop Central Dr. Rosemary Kogler and Yvonne Conklin of Kennedy-Wilson have represented the building owner, W9/LWS II Real Estate LP.

Loop Central One, built in 1980, is a nine-story, 175,415-sf structure that is one of three buildings at the location. The advertised lease rate for the building is $18 per sf.
