The new deal involves an expansion of 1,891 sf for the Calabrese firm which specializes in tort defense, commercial litigation, risk management, and banking, insurance and real estate law. The law firm now occupies a total of 5,922 sf of space at the 220,000 sf, 12-story office building located down the street from the White Plains Transportation Center.

Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building, reported the transaction. In representing the building owner in the lease negotiations, Newman was assisted by JoAnn B. McGrath, W&M Properties' vice president of leasing and marketing, and Laurie A. Wade, W&M Properties leasing associate. Calabrese & Calabrese represented itself in the lease deal.

Calabrese & Calabrese has been a tenant since 1996. The firm will move into its additional sixth floor space in July. W&M Construction will build out the additional space for the tenant.

"We are pleased to expand our space and renew our lease at this building," says Rosa Calabrese. "It has exemplary amenities and a convenient location."
