Marriott Hotel To Open Shortly in Office Park

QUINCY, MA-A nine-story Marriott hotel being developed here in the Crown Colony Office Park is scheduled to open in just over a month. The Flatley Co.’s development arm, Mark Development, which is based in Braintree, MA, is developing the 320,000-sf hotel and Boston-based Suffolk Construction is building it.

For this town, which is just outside the city of Boston, the development of a major chain hotel here provides a real boon to the local economy and to its tourism potential. The hotel project was helped along by Massachusetts Governor Paul Cellucci’s recent commitment to build an exit road from the Crown Colony Office Park to the Southeast Expressway.
