Office Development Will Front Golf Course

PHOENIX-Tenants of a new 200,000-sf office project in north Scottsdale will have to listen to “fore” all daylong. Desert Fairways, a multi-building office and retail center under development by Real Alliance, is adjacent to the Tournament Players Club in north Scottsdale. The TPC is the site of the Phoenix Open in January.

The project is going up at the southwest corner of the Loop 101 and Bell Road, east of Perimeter Drive and just north of the golf course. Scottsdale Airpark Municipal Airport is just to the south of the property.

The 14-acre parcel is planned to have up to nine buildings, most of which will be office space with covered parking throughout. Office condominiums on the site, ranging in size from 2,000 sf to 32,000 sf, will be priced at up to $175 per sf. The remaining acreage is offered for $18 and $20 per gross sf. Up to 200,000 sf of space can be built on the site.
