The 40,000-sf building is located on 40 Linnell Circle here on a five-acre parcel next to the Middlesex Turnpike. Construction has begun to convert the building into a manufacturing facility. Completion of the project is slated for this June.

CSP Inc previously owned the building and was represented in this transaction by James Stubblebine of the Stubblebine Company. Spaulding & Slye Collier's vice president, Daniel Cordeau, represented Packard BioChip.

This town has seen a number of manufacturing facilities develop here recently including PRI Automation which leased 123,000 sf this past October here on Middlesex Turnpike to establish a headquarters and for manufacturing purposes.
