Packard BioChip Acquires, Will Convert Building

BILLERICA, MA-Packard BioChip Technologies LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Packard BioScience Company, purchases a 40,000-sf building here for $3.3 million. The company plans to convert the office and R & D building into a manufacturing facility.

BILLERICA, MA- Packard BioChip Technologies LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Packard BioScience Company, purchased a two-story office, research and development building here for $3.3 million. The space will serve as the company’s manufacturing facility in the Greater Boston area.

The 40,000-sf building is located on 40 Linnell Circle here on a five-acre parcel next to the Middlesex Turnpike. Construction has begun to convert the building into a manufacturing facility. Completion of the project is slated for this June.
