Printing Company Pays $3.7 Mil for Industrial Space

SANTA ANA, CA-ConAgra Foods has sold a 50,000-sf industrial building to Westminster Press, a printing company formerly located in Westminster.

Located at 4906 W. 1st St., the building is located on an eight-acre parcel. Formerly located at a facility in Westminster, the printing company is planning to refurbish the building before relocating to the facility within the next three months..

Scott Read and Bryon Ward, both SVPs with Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach office represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Larry Tran of SURE Real Estate of Westminster.
