The warehouse is located in Willowbrook Business Center at 8280 Willow Place North. Tim Relyea of Cushman Realty Corp. has represented Compaq in the negotiations. Ron Roberson of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group acted on behalf of the landlord, Willowbrook Business Center LP. Willowbroook Business Center is a Caldwell Watson development.

Compaq will be housed in phase one of the deed-restricted development, which is a 38,400-sf tilt-wall, flex space warehouse. The warehouse also features 20-foot clear heights and 32-foot by 40-foot column spacing. Research statistics put the industrial distribution warehouse space lease rates at 36 cents per sf.

Phase two, situated on 5.2 acres, is a sister tilt-wall warehouse, which had been built in 1999 by Dallas based-Cadence McShane Corp. The one-story buildings are designed with 18 dock-high loading doors.
