The property, which is scheduled for completion in June, will be known as the Cornerstone Building. The remaining available floor plates to be leased are 2,550 sf, 2,800 sf and 2,700 sf.

Barbara Segalini-Stilley of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant and the property owner in the deal. Segalini-Stilley comments, "The New England colonial-style building is a perfect site for Cornerstone Bank to facilitate its growing business in Fairfield County."
