NORWALK, CT-Westport-based developer Fyber Properties has signed Cornerstone Bank as the first tenant for its new development 128 East Ave. office building here. The community bank and its parent company Cornerstone Bancorp will occupy 2,800 sf of space on the second floor of the four-story, 10,850 sf building for its commercial and professional banking operations.

The property, which is scheduled for completion in June, will be known as the Cornerstone Building. The remaining available floor plates to be leased are 2,550 sf, 2,800 sf and 2,700 sf.
