Located at 17542 E. 17th Street, the bank will use the new facility to house its corporate headquarters and a retail bank branch. Sunwest will be relocating to the new facility from its current site within Tustin in July 2001. The oldest bank founded in Orange County, Sunwest provides a variety of banking services including consumer loans, commercial real estate loans, business loans, property management services and HOA banking services.
