Bryan McKrell is the Roseville-based CB Richard Ellis agent who brokered the deal. McKrell also tells GlobeSt GMAC has taken down another 20,000-sf in the park with a five-year lease. There is 110,000 sf still available, says McKrell, and the parking ratio is a whopping 6:1,000/sf.
"It's going to take three to four months to lease the remainder of the plaza," says McKrell. "Right now the market is seeing a lot of activity -- it's a strong market due to the development and growth in the city of Roseville."
Roseville Mayor Claudia Gamar tells GlobeSt that part of the city's attraction "is that we have our own electric company, and that takes away some of the fears and concerns businesses as well as residents have in coming to the city."
