Schlumberger is an international technology company that offers oilfield services, resource management services and test and transactions to the energy industry. The 21-year-old Geoquest Center is located in the Galleria-West Loop area. The building has 444,351 sf and the advertised leasing rate for the property is $18.50 per sf.
The law firm of Gay & Reitz has renewed a 2,098-sf office lease in the Gemini Building, located at 1331 Gemini near El Lago and Friendswood in southeast Houston. Sandra F. Harris of Cushman and Wakefield of Texas Inc. has represented the law firm. Dena Wren of CB Richard Ellis has represented the building owner. Research puts lease rates for office space in this area of town between $15 per sf and $18 per sf.
