James N. Gray Co. of Lexington, KY is the contractor on the project and CASCO Corp of St. Louis is the design architect. IDI officials say the retailer will take occupancy upon the center's completion in July.

IDI is a national, full-service industrial real estate firm and property manager that develops inventory buildings and build-to-suit facilities. It has created more than 70 million sf of industrial space throughout the US valued at more than $2.5 billion. Industrial development in the metro Atlanta area totals nearly three million sf.

The firm's projects span 28 states and Mexico, along with 49 business parks, with more than 1,400 acres of land remaining for future development of large distribution centers.

IDI Services Group, a company subsidiary currently manages more than 38 million sf of property nationwide for IDI tenants and tenants of third-party owners such as pension funds and insurance companies.

The firm's assets have grown from $89 million in 1989 to more than $415 million, along with $405 million in joint venture assets. The firm reported more than $257 million in revenues in 1999.
