New Ski Lodge 50% Presold in Three Hours

SPOKANE, WA-During a three-hour weekend sales here at The Davenport Hotel that generated $6 million, Harbor Mountain Co. presold 50% of a planned 48-unit ski lodge at Schweitzer Mountain, the popular ski resort near Sandpoint, ID. The residential units were priced between $221,000 and $675,000.

“Our buyers have shown confidence in the projects and the future of Schweitzer,” says Ron Cook, president of Harbor Mountain Co., explaining that owners are expected to enter their units into a rental pool for lease and rent to the public. “Selling $6 million of real estate in one afternoon is amazing. I’m extremely proud of this achievement and look forward to putting the first shovel in the dirt.”

White Pine Lodge will be located in the heart of Schweitzer’s ski-resort village. The 75,000-sf steel and concrete structure will feature ground-level retail space plus 48 fully furnished one-two-and three-bedroom condominiums with sweeping views of Lake Pend Oreille and the Cabinet Mountains.
