In the first deal, Allen Buchanan and Sonya Grech of Lee & Associates represented seller Sunshine Way, LLC in the sale of a 64,403 sf industrial center located at 1251-1291 Sunshine Way in Anaheim to G & K Investments for $4.85 million.
Jeff Chiate of Cushman & Wakefield's Irvine office represented the buyer in the transaction.
In the second deal, Clif Fincher of Lee & Associates represented both parties in the sale of a six-acre industrial site located at 10607 Norwalk Blvd. in Santa Fe Springs. Total consideration for the deal was $3.525 million.
The seller was The O'Donnell Group of Newport Beach and the buyer was Coast Aluminum. Coast Aluminum plans to build a new world headquarters on the site for the company's aluminum distribution business, which is now located a few blocks away.
