United Taps Facility Services Director

BLOOMINGTON, MN-Rick Torrance is part of United Properties' growing corporate real estate services division. He will work with new and existing clients who contract with United to manage their corporate real estate operations.

BLOOMINGTON, MN-United Properties has promoted Rick Torrance to facility services director of operations in the company’s corporate real estate services division. Torrance will work with new and existing clients who contract with the commercial real estate company to manage their corporate real estate operations.

He also will continue to be involved in the development of United’s best-practices facilities management goals and will oversee the growth and development of the facility services team.
