Conroy Develops Project South of the City

CANTON, MA-Conroy Development Corp. is developing a project here on 130 Royall St. The 175,000-sf Class A office building is slated for completion in the third quarter of this year.

The property is located off Route 138 at Route 128, 15 miles south of Boston. The area has recently seen a number of office buildings developed here with Reebok, Boston Equiserve, Boston Mutual Life, Meditech and Instron nearby. This new building, which is sub-dividable, will have three floors at 58,300 sf each floor and will provide a parking ratio of four spaces per 1,000 sf of space and an on-site cafeteria.
